You are responsible to drive channel management, customer satisfaction and profitable growth. You work closely with the direct and indirect distribution channels, our product companies, our suppliers and partners, the divisional service team, and you cooperate across divisions. You report to the Vice President Marketing PTS.

In this function you will:

  • Propose and implement plans which support the organic and inorganic growth of the Flow pillar service business
  • Communicate effectively with customer centers, dealers and customers around the world, starting with initial focus on USA and Europe
  • Define and implement guidelines for the service portfolio development in all applicable markets
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive and viable strategy for the development of service products, growing the spare parts, wear, maintenance and contract business through direct and indirect channels
  • Cooperate closely with the other divisions, product companies and suppliers and partners
  • Participate in project steering committees and maintain an overview of the Flow capital equipment projects. Implement appropriate product pricing and branding
  • Deliver high quality marketing material focusing on parts and services in collaboration with the communications team
  • Organize and deliver product trainings. Actively stimulate to create customer stories, application stories, and share through all channels.
  • Ensure efficiency and drive implementation of the marketing portion of the Spare Parts Proposal process in all projects. Have a close collaboration with purchasing and supply chain for sourcing and logistics
  • Lead part specialists in all product companies working on Flow products, ensure the teams marketing deliverables are agreed and executed
  • Develop strong support in “People Care” including training, competence development, written missions, yearly appraisals and follow-up

Skills, experience/education

  • You have good knowledge of the product range and market
  • You have an academic degree in marketing, engineering or strong relevant experience
  • Field experience in sales or marketing is a strong asset
  • You have project management skills and are able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent collaboration, communication and presentation skills
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience of working in a multicultural and international environment is preferred
