HR Manager

  • The HR Manager will be a key member of the team supporting the growth of our European organization with a focus on employer branding, recruitment of diverse profiles, onboarding of new hires & training solutions for all team members.
  • The ideal candidate has a pragmatic ‘can-do’ mentality, is highly flexible and autonomous, able to prioritize high workload and work across multiple tasks and longer-term projects while keeping stress levels down.
  • The HR manager takes part in accelerating the business by designing, developing, and implementing organizational changes that accelerate OTRA’s strategy and improves how OTRA delivers the customer benefits.


  • Experience as HR manager in an international (start-up / scale-up) environment in all HR domains. (Sourcing & recruitment, designing programs, employee relations & engagement, organizational design, compensation & benefits, payroll /legal compliance).
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of other languages such as French, Dutch, German, Spanish, or Italian being a clear advantage.
  • Eager to learn about the newest technologies, eager to play with people data.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with senior management & act as a trusted advisor to employees globally.
  • Short business trips abroad can be part of the job.

This is a full-time position where the work can be performed within a hybrid setting with at least 2-3 days per week on site, or occasionally more if required.
